The AlexisToto Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be reported to applicable authorities.

Each Player is permitted to maintain a single Account. AlexisToto employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
Accounts are for the exclusive personal use of the registered Player. You may not use your Account to gamble on behalf of any third party, accept or place bets as a commercial service, or participate in any form of organised gambling scheme.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
AlexisToto reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete at any time.
Before processing any withdrawal request, AlexisToto requires Players to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Required documentation may include, but is not limited to:

AlexisToto supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). Available payment methods may vary from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet Balance in real time or within a processing window of up to 15 minutes depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes for approved accounts. In rare cases involving additional verification requirements, processing may take up to 24 hours. AlexisToto will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, bank cut-off times, or system maintenance.
All transactions on AlexisToto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you deposit funds in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. AlexisToto bears no responsibility for losses arising from currency fluctuations.
AlexisToto operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. Withdrawal of funds must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. AlexisToto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious activity to applicable regulatory authorities.
AlexisToto offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral rewards, and loyalty programme credits. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible games, maximum win caps, and expiry dates.
In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type:
AlexisToto employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes, and collusion between accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in such conduct will have its bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed without notice.
AlexisToto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have not yet met the wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will have uncompleted bonus credits removed from their Account Balance.
AlexisToto reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion. Bets are binding once confirmed. Errors in the display of odds, game outcomes, or system notifications do not constitute an obligation to honour incorrectly displayed winnings or bet values.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, AlexisToto reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the stake(s) to the Player's Wallet Balance. No additional compensation will be provided.
Sports bets on AlexisToto — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and UFC events — are governed by our Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are final once confirmed.
If a Player's connection is interrupted during a live game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system where technically possible. AlexisToto is not responsible for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AlexisToto Platform:
AlexisToto reserves the right to immediately suspend and investigate any Account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, withhold all funds pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if prohibited conduct is confirmed.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting AlexisToto support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (subject to outstanding wagering requirements being met) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
AlexisToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
In cases of termination for cause, AlexisToto reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon termination for cause in all circumstances.
AlexisToto reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which AlexisToto operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to AlexisToto's internal complaints process as described below.
To raise a complaint, Players should contact AlexisToto support in writing, setting out the nature of the complaint and the remedy sought. AlexisToto will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 business days. Complex investigations may take longer; Players will be kept informed of progress.
